摘要
干眼是最常见的眼表疾病。随着干眼发病率的逐年上升,干眼患者角膜病理变化对角膜厚度的影响备受眼科医生关注。准确地评估干眼患者的角膜厚度变化有助于干眼及其干眼合并其他眼病的治疗。本文就干眼的角膜厚度变化及其机制的研究进展作一综述。
Dry eye is one of the most common ocular surface disease.With the increasing of the incidence of dry eye,the effect of pathologic changes on corneal thickness is concerned by ophthalmologist.Accurate assessment of corneal thickness changes in patients with dry eye contributes to treatment of dry eye and dry eye combined with other eye diseases.In this review,the corneal thickness and its pathogenesis of dry eye are briefly presented.
