摘要
目的 探究曲美他嗪治疗冠心病急性心力衰竭的临床疗效及对心功能的影响。方法 80例冠心病急性心力衰竭患者,随机分为研究组和参照组,各40例。参照组采用常规治疗,研究组在参照组治疗基础上采用曲美他嗪治疗。对比两组治疗效果、心功能指标及血生化指标。结果 治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率95.00%高于参照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组左室射血分数(43.1±5.2)%、心率(72.6±7.7)次/min、左室舒张末期内径(43.2±3.1)mm均明显优于参照组的(35.2±4.8)%、(79.8±7.4)次/min、(50.1±3.8)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组同型半胱氨酸(6.1±0.8)μmol/L、C反应蛋白(4.6±0.2)mg/L、脑钠肽(523.2±40.1)pg/ml均明显低于参照组的(8.8±0.9)μmol/L、(6.8±0.9)mg/L、(682.1±51.8)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 曲美他嗪治疗冠心病急性心力衰竭对心肌功能产生了积极影响,治疗效果较高,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine in the treatment of acute heart failure of coronary heart disease and its influence on myocardial function.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute heart failure of coronary heart disease were selected for this study,and were randomly divided into research group and reference group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional treatment,and the research group was treated with trimetazidine based on the treatment of the reference group.The therapeutic effects,cardiac function indexes and blood biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate 95.00% of the research group was higher than 80.00% of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(43.1±5.2)%,heart rate(72.6±7.7)beats/min,and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(43.2±3.1)mm of the research group were significantly better than(35.2±4.8)%,(79.8±7.4)times/min,and(50.1±3.8)mm of the research group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the homocysteine(6.1±0.8)mg/L,C-reactive protein(4.6±0.2)μmol/L and brain natriuretic peptide(523.2±40.1)pg/L in the research group were significantly lower than(8.8±0.9)mg/L,(6.8±0.9)μmol/L,and(682.1±51.8)pg/L in the research group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine has a positive effect in the treatment of acute heart failure of coronary heart disease,and the therapeutic effect is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
