摘要
目的分析河北省中医药学科技查新项目及科研发展状况。方法采用Microsoft EXCEL构建2018年1月至2021年12月年河北省医学情报研究所完成的中医药学查新项目数据库,统计项目的数量、鉴定查新、国内外查新、不同性质机构申请查新项目的数量,及不同研究类型和学科方向的查新项目数量。结果2018至2021年中医药学查新呈逐年降低的趋势,而鉴定查新呈逐年升高的趋势;国内外查新较少,均未超过2%。中医药医疗机构和综合医疗机构是申请中医药学查新的主体。中医药学查新项目主要集中在临床研究、临床及实验和实验研究,中医学的查新项目较多,但呈逐年降低的趋势,而中药学和中西医结合医学的查新比例呈逐年升高的趋势。结论河北省中医药学科研水平显著提升,而2021年呈显著下降的趋势,但是成果转化明显增多,临床研究和中医学是中医药学科研的主体,而中药学和中西医结合医学的科研能力逐渐加强,高水平创新的科研需要进一步提升。
Objective To analyze the scientific and technological novelty search projects and scientific research development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Hebei Province.Methods Used Microsoft Excel to build the database of TCM novelty search projects completed by Hebei Institute of medical information from January 2018 to December 2021 were used,and count the number of projects,identification novelty search,novelty search at home and abroad,the number of novelty search projects applied by institutions of different nature,and the number of novelty search projects of different research types and discipline directions.Results From 2018 to 2021,the novelty search of TCM showed a downward trend year by year,while the novelty search of identification showed an upward trend year by year;There were few novelty searches at home and abroad,which were less than 2%.TCM medical institutions and comprehensive medical institutions were the main bodies of applying for novelty search of TCM.The novelty search projects of TCM mainly focus on clinical research,clinical and experimental research.There were many novelty search projects of TCM,but they were decreasing year by year,while the novelty search proportion of TCM and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was increasing year by year.Conclusion The scientific research level of TCM in Hebei Province has significantly improved,while it has a significant downward trend in 2021,but the transformation of achievements had significantly increased.Clinical research and TCM are the main body of scientific research of TCM,while the scientific research ability of TCM and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine had been gradually strengthened,and high-level innovative scientific research needed to be further improved.
