摘要
以某项目工程桩检测为主要内容,在介绍其工程概况、地质条件、常规桩身混凝土强度检测的基础上,着重介绍了一种新的检测手段——灌注桩钢筋笼长度检测,主要对其检测原理、检测条件、检测方法、技术难点、数据分析、检测结论等进行了阐述,该检测方法在山西省地方标准DBJ04/T 395—2019灌注桩钢筋笼长度磁测井法检测技术标准的技术指导下,顺利完成了山西某项目工程桩的灌注桩钢筋笼检测工作,表明了该方法是一种操作可行、技术可靠的检测手段。
Based on engineering pile test on a project as the main content,on the basis of engineering survey,geological condition,conventional concrete strength of pile testing,this paper introduces a kind of new detection methods-the pile length of reinforcing cage,mainly for its testing principle,testing conditions,detection methods,technical difficulties,data analysis,conclusions are expounded,such as under the technical guidance of the local standard of Shanxi Province Magnetic Logging Detection Technology Standard for Reinforcement Cage Length of Cast-in Pile( DBJ04/T 395—2019),the detection of reinforcement cage of cast-in pile of a project in Shanxi has been successfully completed,indicating that the method is a feasible and technically reliable detection method.
