平面不规则楼板的结构设计方法

摘要 规范对平面不规则和楼板不连续的定义都表明了楼板在结构抗侧力体系中的重要性,同时大跨度的楼板的舒适度评估要求也列入了规范要求。结合工程实例,在不同水准的地震工况下对不规则楼板的平面应力进行了详细分析。在刚度较大的竖向构件和大开洞的周边较容易出现应力集中现象,需根据楼板应力分析结果进行加强,而针对细腰型平面连接处楼板薄弱位置,提供了有效的加强措施并采用连接处楼板失效的包络设计方法;对大跨度楼面系统进行了竖向振动频率和竖向加速度峰值的计算分析,确保了楼板竖向振动舒适度满足规范要求。 The definition of plane irregularity and floor discontinuity in the code indicates the importance of floors in the system of resistance to lateral force. At the same time, human comfort assessment requirements of the large span floor are also included in the code. In this paper, the stress of irregular floors in different seismic conditions is analyzed in detail with an engineering example. Stress concentration is easy to occur in vertical structure members with great rigidity and the surrounding area of large openings, the floors should be strengthened according to the results of floor stress analysis. For the weak position of floors at the thin waist plane connection, effective strengthening measures are provided and the envelope design method of floors failure is adopted. The vertical vibration frequency and vertical peak acceleration of long-span floor system are calculated and analyzed to ensure that the comfort of vertical vibration of floor meets the requirements of the code.
