摘要
以榆林京府兰炭为制备原料,采用物理化学活化法制备活性炭。在单因素实验基础上,利用响应面软件中的Box-Behnken设计实验,得出制备过程的数学模型,该模型可预测出制备的最优条件,并进行了相关的验证。结果表明,活化温度为850℃,活化时间为12 h,二氧化碳流量为15 mL/min,m(HNO_(3))∶m(兰炭)=3∶1制备的活性炭比较好,其收率为33.16%,碘吸附为1256.38 mg/g,BET比表面积可达到901.272 m^(2)/g。
Using Yulin Jingfu blue charcoal as raw material,activated carbon was prepared by physicochemical activation method.Based on the single factor experiment,the Box Behnken in response surface software was used to design the experiment,and the mathematical model of the preparation process was obtained.The optimal preparation conditions can be predicted and verified.The results show that the activated carbon prepared at the activation temperature of 850℃,the activation time of 12 h,the flow rate of carbon dioxide of 15 mL/min and the ratio of m(HNO_(3))∶m(blue carbon)of 3∶1 is better.The yield is 33.16%,the iodine adsorption value is 1256.38 mg/g,and the specific surface area of bet can reach 901.272 m^(2)/g.
