摘要
为了确定阿尔塔什水利枢纽工程设计洪水参数,在收集枢纽所在流域(叶尔羌河流域)历史洪水资料和现场调查的基础上,对历史洪水资料统计分析,确定枢纽坝址区的设计洪水参数,阿尔塔什水利枢纽工程设计洪水参数符合叶尔羌河流域实际情况,设计洪水成果较为合理。
In order to determine the design flood parameters of Altash Water Control Project,on the basis of collecting historical flood data and conducting field investigation in the basin where the project is located(Yarkant River basin),the historical flood data are statistically analyzed to determine the design flood parameters for the dam site area of the project.The result shows that the design flood parameters of Altash Water Control Project are in line with the actual situation of Yarkant River basin,and the design flood results are reasonable.
