水轮发电机定子线圈VPI绝缘工艺探索

摘要 为满足市场需求,优化水轮发电机定子线圈绝缘工艺,从浸渍树脂选型、工艺试制、试验分析等方面对水轮发电机定子线圈单只VPI工艺进行研究。采用工艺对比试验分别制作样棒,进行工艺验证,制定并优化定子线圈单只VPI工艺流程。最后通过常态介质损耗正切及其增量试验和击穿试验,得出采用改良VPI工艺的线圈绝缘常态介质损耗及增量、击穿场强均能达到标准要求。 In order to meet the market demand and optimize the insulation process of hydro generator stator coil,the single VPI process of hydro generator stator coil is studied from the aspects of impregnation resin selection,process trial production and test analysis.The process comparison test is used to make sample bars respectively,verify the process,and formulate and optimize the process flow of single VPI of stator coil.Finally,through the normal dielectric loss tangent and its increment test and breakdown test,it is concluded that the normal dielectric loss,increment and breakdown field strength of coil insulation with improved VPI process can meet the standard requirements.
