摘要
当前人们对CNC数控机床零部件加工质量的要求不断提升,考虑到当前机床零部件加工精度预测模型由于关键误差参数辨识能力较低,造成预测结果准确性较差的问题,构建新型CNC数控机床零部件加工精度预测模型。通过CNC数控机床动力学分析,确定机床加工误差通用计算函数。提取零件加工精度影响因素,完成关键误差参数辨识。
at present, people’s requirements for the machining quality of CNC machine parts are increasing. Considering the poor accuracy of prediction results caused by the low identification ability of key error parameters in the current prediction model of machining accuracy of CNC machine parts, a new prediction model of machining accuracy of CNC machine parts is constructed. Through the dynamic analysis of CNC machine tool, the general calculation function of machine tool machining error is determined. Extract the influencing factors of part machining accuracy and complete the identification of key error parameters.
