摘要
近年来,我国坚果行业市场规模快速增长,产值近万亿。统计了坚果行业国家标准、行业标准、团体标准的内容、数量及标龄等,对国内坚果行业标准现状进行分析。在此基础上,找出坚果行业在标准化工作方面存在的问题并提出针对性建议,旨在通过标准化这一手段保证我国坚果食品质量安全,并推动产业高质量发展。
In recent years,the China’s nut industry has grown rapidly,with an output value of nearly one trillion yuan.This paper analyzed the status quo of domestic nut industry standards by counting the contents,quantity and standard age of national standards,industry standards and group standards.On this basis,the problems existing in the standardization of the nut industry were found out and corresponding suggestions were put forward,aiming at ensuring the quality and safety of the nut food in China and promoting the high-quality development of the industry through standardization.
