摘要
考察了N-萘乙二胺缩肉桂醛席夫碱(NEC)对碳钢的缓蚀作用与温度的关系。Arrhenius方程的拟合结果表明,当NEC浓度达到0.1 mmol·L^(-1)时,腐蚀反应的活化能由57.64 kJ·mol^(-1)提高到66.58 kJ·mol^(-1);Eyring方程的拟合结果表明,当NEC浓度达到0.1 mmol·L^(-1)时,腐蚀反应的活化焓由55 kJ·mol^(-1)提高到63.94 kJ·mol^(-1);当NEC浓度增加到0.5 mmol·L^(-1)时,活化焓不再增加,活化熵由-89.24 J·mol^(-1)·K^(-1)减少到-100.24 J·mol^(-1)·K^(-1)。
The corrosion inhibition of n-naphthalene ethylenediamine cinnamaldehyde Schiff base(NEC)on carbon steel was investigated.The fitting results of Arrhenius equation showed that when the concentration of NEC reached 0.1 mmol·L^(-1),the activation energy of corrosion reaction increased from 57.64 kJ·mol^(-1) to 66.58 kJ·mol^(-1).The fitting results of Eyring equation showed that when the concentration of NEC reached 0.1 mmol·L^(-1),the activation enthalpy of corrosion reaction increased from 55 kJ·mol^(-1) to 63.94 kJ·mol^(-1).When the concentration of NEC increased to 0.5 mmol·L^(-1),the activation enthalpy did not increase,and the activation entropy decreased from-89.24 J·mol^(-1)·K^(-1) to-100.24 J·mol^(-1)·K^(-1).
