四边简支发泡陶瓷板弯曲应力调整系数计算与试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 发泡陶瓷板是集防火、保温、轻质、利废功能于一身的新型绿色墙体材料,已广泛应用于外墙保温板、外墙挂板、内隔墙板等。针对四边简支于钢框架上的发泡陶瓷板,在与钢框架协调变形下,支承边垂直于板面的线约束自由度≠0,造成发泡陶瓷板实际弯曲应力大于标准四边简支板的弯曲应力的情况。通过理论计算与试验结果数据对比、理论计算与有限元模拟数据对比,给出了四边简支于钢框架上的发泡陶瓷板弯曲应力的调整系数,对保障发泡陶瓷板的设计安全具有重要意义。 Foamed ceramic board is a new type of green wall material with functions of fire prevention,heat preservation,light weight and waste utilization.In this paper,for the foamed ceramic plate with four edges simply supported on the steel frame,the degree of freedom≠0 of the line constraint with the support edges perpendicular to the surface of the plate under the coordinated deformation with the steel frame,the actual bending stress of the foamed ceramic plate is larger than that of the standard four-side simply-supported plate.Through the comparison of theoretical calculation and experimental data,theoretical calculation and finite element simulation data,the adjustment coefficient of the bending stress of the foamed ceramic plate simply supported on the steel frame is given,which is of great significance to the design safety of the foamed ceramic plate.
