摘要
某型号飞机发射器外筒铬酸阳极氧化后表面出现黑色条纹。通过分析故障件表面膜层的宏观特征、微观形态及元素组成,发现该故障是基材未碱洗所致。对故障件碱腐蚀后再阳极氧化,故障得以解决。
Some black stripes appeared on the surface of external cylinder of an aircraft launcher after being anodized in chromic acid solution.The appearance,morphology,and elemental composition of anodic oxide film on the defective part were analyzed.It was found that the problem was mainly due to the fact that the substrate wasn’t pretreated by alkaline etching.The problem was solved by alkaline etching prior to chromic acid anodization.
