摘要
促进农业与二三产业的融合,加快构建城乡一体化发展新格局,推动城乡协调发展是实现乡村振兴的基础。利用产业纵向一体化理论构建了农村产业融合发展的分析框架,即农村产业融合通过范围经济、协同效应和溢出效应等,降低了交易成本,改变了生产可能性曲线,可以在要素投入不变的情况下,有效提高产出水平;结合中国农村产业融合演进的历程,分析了农村产业融合取得的成就与存在的问题;提出通过打造良好的市场基础设施为产业融合发展创造良好外部环境,顺应市场规律,打造优势主导产业、培育农村新型经营主体、完善利益联结机制等有针对性的政策建议。
Promoting the integration of agriculture with secondary and tertiary industries,accelerating the construction of urban-rural integration and promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas are the basis for Rural Revitalization.Using the theory of vertical industrial integration,this paper constructs an analytical framework for the development of rural industrial integration,that is,rural industrial integration reduces transaction costs,changes the production possibility curve,and can effectively improve the output level under the condition of constant factor input through scope economy,synergy effect and spillover effect;Combined with the evolution of China's rural industrial integration,this paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems of rural industrial integration.Finally,it puts forward targeted policy suggestions,such as creating a good external environment for industrial integration and development by building a good market infrastructure,conforming to the market law,building leading industries,cultivating new rural business entities,and improving the interest connection mechanism.
