摘要
随着科技与社会经济日益接轨,一些频频曝光的科研失信和学术不端行为现象引发人们的热议,与此同时,关于加强科研诚信建设的文件也陆续出台,科研诚信问题日益成为一个全国性问题、引起了社会的广泛关注,同时,它也促使科研人员更深入地思考科研诚信相关问题。该文在分析我国科研诚信建设所面临的现实困境的基础上,为解决当前突出问题,就构建长效制度与高效机制相结合的科研诚信建设体系,建立科学合理的管理体制和治理结构,为进一步推动我国科研诚信建设,提出了相应的对策建议。
With the integration of science and technology with social economy,some frequently exposed phenomena of dishonesty in scientific research and academic misconduct have aroused heated discussion.At the same ti me,documents on strengthening the construction of scientific research integrity have been issued one after another.The issue of scientific research integrity has increasingly become a national issue and attracted widespread attention of the society.At the same time,it also urges researchers to think more deeply about issues related to scientific research integrity.Based on the analysis of the practical difficulties faced by the construction of scientific research integrity in China,in order to solve the current outstanding problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on building a scientific research integrity construction system combining long-term system with efficient mechanism,establishing a scientific and reasonable management system and governance structure,and further promoting the construction of scientific research integrity in China.
