摘要
随着社会发展,图书馆的发展转型应基于用户思维,完善自身管理体系,充分做到以人为本,以读者的需求和体验作为图书馆发展转型的依据,并结合时代特征融合大数据、互联网等技术手段,使图书馆的发展与建设符合时代需求。本文将围绕着图书馆的建设工作深入探究如何优化用户体验,以用户为核心,探索用户的需求,明确发展转型方向。
