高职实践课堂外包的工匠精神量化考核机制研究

摘要 工匠精神的培育已成为高职高专教育教学改革的重要组成部分,但与之对应的工匠精神教学效果评价研究较为匮乏,这成为工匠精神培育效果的薄弱环节。通过实践教学外包课堂,对工匠精神的考评重视过程化评价,在实践培育中细化、量化工匠精神内涵的要素考核,实现了企业、教师、学生的三元评价主体,从不同侧面和视角对工匠精神的培育过程作出全面准确的评价,最终形成了工匠精神培育效果的有力监督和评价。 As an important part of the teaching reform in higher vocational education,the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit shows a lack of relevant research on its teaching effect evaluation,which has been a weak link in the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit.Through the practice of teaching outsourcing,process evaluation is stressed in the evaluation of craftsmanship spirit,refining and quantifying the evaluation on the connotation elements of craftsmanship spirit in practices,and enterprises,teachers and students become the three evaluation subjects.Thus,a comprehensive and accurate evaluation can be made on the cultivation process of craftsmanship spirit from different perspectives,forming a powerful supervision and evaluation on the cultivation effect of craftsmanship spirit.
