摘要
基于苏北区域2000—2018年产业发展及其相关数据,使用More值、产业层次系数、泰尔指数等指标从时间维度考察产业升级速度、结构高度化和合理化程度,应用区位熵指数、重心模型、引力模型等方法从空间维度分析产业空间集聚程度、重心迁移轨迹以及产业间联系情况。研究发现,苏北地区产业发展存在调整速度下降、高级化的量和质背离、合理化呈现U型偏离、空间集聚不稳定、产业联系轴化等问题。由此,建议把握产业高质量调整要求,采用非均衡策略,引导产业链嵌入调整,并进一步突破区域发展障碍,促进苏北区域产业高质量一体化发展。
Based on the industrial development and relevant data of northern Jiangsu from 2000 to 2018,this paper investigates the speed of industrial upgrading,the degree of structural upgrading and rationalization from the time dimension by using More value,industrial hierarchy coefficient,Theil index and other indicators,and analyzes the degree of industrial spatial agglomeration from the spatial dimension by using the methods of location entropy index,gravity model and inter industry linkages.It is found that there are some problems in the industrial development of northern Jiangsu,such as the decline of adjustment speed,the deviation between quantity and quality of upgrading,the U-shaped deviation of rationalization,the instability of spatial agglomeration,the axis of industrial connection and so on.Therefore,this paper suggests grasping the requirements of high-quality industrial adjustment,adopting unbalanced strategy,guiding the embedded adjustment of industrial chain,and further breaking through the obstacles of regional development,so as to realize the high-quality industrial integration adjustment in northern Jiangsu.
