摘要
针对气田排水采气中用的起泡剂分子在地层中不耐高温、伤害地层等问题,以腰果酚和氯乙酸钠作为原料,在碱性条件下一步合成了腰果酚基羧酸钠生物质表面活性剂,收率为68%。以合成的腰果酚羧酸钠为主剂、以十二烷基硫酸钠为助剂,制备了无毒易降解的生物质气田排水采气用起泡剂。该生物质起泡剂在温度为120℃、矿化度为100 g/L条件下,初始起泡体积和泡沫半衰期分别为2042 mL和912 s,具有优异的起泡性能和稳泡性能,可以更加充分地发挥泡沫流体的功能。在东北某老气田进行泡沫排水采气现场先导试验,日产气平均增幅为39.1%,油套压差下降明显。
The foaming agent used in the gas field drainage recovery display no resistant to high temperature and formation damage.In response to this problem,cardanol sodium carboxylate biomass surfactants were synthesized using cardanol and sodium chloroacetate as raw materials under alkaline conditions.The yield of cardanol sodium carboxylate biomass surfactant was 68%based on cardanol.Using synthetic cardanol sodium carboxylate as the main agent and sodium dodecyl sulfate as the auxiliary agent,a non-toxic and easily degradable foaming agent for gas field drainage was prepared.Under the temperature of 120℃and salinity of 100 g/L,the initial foaming volume and half-life of the foaming agent were 2042 mL and 912 s,respectively.The prepared foaming agent has excellent foaming and foam stabilization performance,which can give full play to the function of foam fluid.The field pilot test of foam drainage gas production in the Fulongquan Gas Field in Northeast China shows that the average daily gas production increases by 39.1%,and the oil jacket pressure drops significantly.
