摘要
建立了再生五氯化锑催化剂中砷、铁、铬、汞含量的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同步检测方法。选择砷、铁、铬、汞的分析谱线依次为193.696,302.107,267.716,253.652 nm。采用背景扣除及试样稀释的方法校正背景和减小基体效应。该法在线性范围内呈现良好的线性关系(相关系数≥0.9990),砷、铁、铬、汞检出限分别为0.20,0.05,0.12,0.20 mg/kg,方法回收率88.2%~105.7%,精密度6.0%~10.1%。
A synchronous detection method of the heavy metal contents,such as arsenic(As),iron(Fe),chromium(Cr),and mercury(Hg),in the regenerated antimony pentachloride catalyst by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-AES)was developed.Analytical spectral lines of 193.696,302.107,267.716,253.652 nm were chosen for the determination of arsenic,iron,chromium and mercury,respectively.To correct the background and reduce the matrix effect,the methods of background subtraction and sample dilution were adopted.The practical quantitation limits for the 4 elements by this method are 0.20,0.05,0.12,0.20 mg/kg,respectively.The correlation coefficients of calibration curves were more than 0.9990.The recoveries and precision of the method were 88.2%105.7%and 6.0%10.1%,respectively.
