摘要
连杆机构属于汽车发动机的核心部件,在汽车发动机运行过程中起能量转换的作用。应用计算机辅助工程技术,对汽车发动机连杆进行结构强度仿真分析,得到装配工况、拉伸工况、压缩工况下的整体非线性应力、接触压力,拉伸工况下的轴瓦、衬套变形,以及疲劳安全因数。基于结构强度仿真分析结果,对汽车发动机连杆进行优化,优化后疲劳安全因数由1.41提高至1.52。
The connecting rod mechanism belongs to the core component of the automobile engine and plays the role of energy conversion during the operation of the automobile engine.When applying CAE technology, the structural strength of the connecting rod of the automobile engine was simulated and analyzed, and the overall nonlinear stresses and contact pressures under assembly condition, tensile condition and compression condition, the deformations of bearing bush and liner bushing under tensile condition, as well as the fatigue safety factor were obtained.Based on the results of structural strength simulation analysis, the connecting rod of the automobile engine was optimized, and the fatigue safety factor was increased from 1.41 to 1.52 after optimization.
