摘要
目的:探讨用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的效果。方法:选择2018年7月至2020年7月期间孝感市第一人民医院收治的100例乳腺癌术后上肢水肿患者作为研究对象。样本选择完毕后,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各有患者50例。用物理疗法对对照组患者进行治疗,用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减对观察组患者进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、患肢功能评分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率为88.00%(44/50),对照组患者治疗的总有效率为64.00%(32/50),组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者平均的患肢功能评分为(13.16±2.35)分,对照组患者平均的患肢功能评分为(16.84±3.76)分,组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者平均的VAS评分为(1.16±0.35)分,对照组患者平均的VAS评分为(3.26±0.84)分,组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的效果显著,能有效促进患者上肢水肿的消退,缓解其疼痛的症状,改善其患肢的功能。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on upper limb edema after breast cancer.Methods:a total of 100 patients with upper limb edema after breast cancer surgery admitted to Xiaogan First People’s Hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research object.After sample selection,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with physical therapy,and patients in the observation group were treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.The clinical efficacy,affected limb function score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.00%(44/50),and the total effective rate of the control group was 64.00%(32/50),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average affected limb function score in the observation group was(13.16±2.35)points,and that in the control group was(16.84±3.76)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average VAS score of the observation group was(1.16±0.35)points,and that of the control group was(3.26±0.84)points,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction has a significant effect on upper limb edema after breast cancer surgery,which can effectively promote the regression of upper limb edema,relieve the symptoms of pain and improve the function of the af fected limb.
