摘要
位于山西大同市的华严寺,是我国少有的现存较为完好的辽金代建筑群,其年代从辽代一直延续至今,除保存完整且具有特色的建筑主体外,部分寺观依然保留着绘制精美的壁画。以华严寺的大雄宝殿为例,其建筑最为雄伟壮丽,壁画精美动人。大殿建筑形制与壁画构图相辅相成,不仅共同构成了辽金艺术造诣的精华,给人提供视觉盛宴,而且建筑功能与壁画内容充分体现了华严寺以华严佛教思想的历史脉络,壁画艺术与建筑精神成为一种承担情感的载体。因此其建筑与殿内壁画之间的相互关系值得人们学习考究。
Huayan Temple,located in Datong,Shanxi,is one of the rare and relatively intact buildings in the Liao and Jin Dynasties in our country.Its age has continued from the Liao Dynasty to today.In addition to the intact and distinctive architectural main body,some temples still retain their exquisite murals.Taking the Daxiong Hall of the above temple as an example,its buildings are the most majestic and magnificent,and the murals are exquisite and moving.The architectural form of the main hall and the composition of the murals complement each other.They constitute the essence of Liao and Jin’s artistic attainments and provide a visual feast.The architectural function and mural content fully reflect the historical context of Huayan Temple’s Huayan Buddhist thought.The art of murals and the architectural spirit constitute a refection of the carrier and the emotion.Thus,the relationship between its architecture and the murals in the temple is worthy of our study.
