摘要
以镂空六面体零件的设计、加工为例,在工程教育专业认证背景下,基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,采用项目教学法设计了一套以学生为中心,师生共同参与,适合实训教学场景的数控铣削实训教学。教学实践结果表明:基于OBE理念设计的数控铣削实训教学,不但能够有效提升大学生的工程实践和创新思维能力,还能极大地激发大学生对新技术、新装备的探索热情。本实践对于OBE理念下的实践类课程教学改革具有一定的参考价值。
Taking the design and processing of hollow hexahedron parts as an example, under the background of professional certification of engineering education, based on the concept of outcome-based education(OBE), a set of numerical controll(NC) milling training course is designed by using the project teaching method, which is student-centered, participated together by teachers and students and suitable for the training teaching scene. Teaching practice has proved that the NC milling training course designed based on the concept of achievement oriented(OBE) can not only effectively improve college students’ engineering practice ability and innovative thinking, but also greatly stimulate college students’ exploration enthusiasm for new technology and new equipment. It has a certain reference value for the teaching reform of practical courses under the concept of achievement oriented(OBE).
