摘要
针对目前我国公交投币机功能单一问题,设计了一种可用于公交投币机的新型纸币处理模块。该模块由检测单元、传输单元、清分存储单元、找零单元和控制系统组成。为适应公交投币机的实际使用中快速性要求和降低找零时对纸币的质量要求,提出了纸币快速处理方案,设计了可利用卷膜将纸币卷存于滚筒表面的机械结构。采用Arduino Mega2560单片机作为样机控制系统的处理器,并利用MATLAB软件对步进电机控制系统的快速性、可行性进行了模拟验证。该模块设计可以实现纸币的自动识别清分存储与快速循环找零功能。
Aiming at the single problem of the function of the bus ticketing machine in China,this paper designs a new banknote processing module that can be used in the bus slot machine.The module is composed of a detecting unit,a transmitting unit,a clearing storage unit,a change unit and a control system.In order to adapt to the rapid requirements of the actual use of the bus ticketing machine and to reduce the quality requirements of the banknotes during the change,a rapid processing scheme for the banknotes was proposed,and a mechanical structure capable of using the roll film to roll the banknotes on the surface of the drum was designed.The Arduino Mega 2560 single-chip microcomputer is used as the processor of the prototype control system,and the rapidity and feasibility of the stepping motor control system are simulated and verified by MATLAB software.The module is designed to realize automatic identification and clear storage of banknotes and fast cycle change.
