摘要
为研究玄武岩石粉掺和方式对混凝土性能影响,以C50普通混凝土为基准参照,对3种替代量(10%、15%、20%)及内掺和外掺两种掺和方式制备的玄武岩石粉混凝土进行力学性能、抗氯离子渗透及收缩性能试验研究。通过抗压强度、渗透系数、收缩应变等指标对混凝土相关性能进行表征,并选择3类函数建立了抗压强度、收缩应变与龄期之间的关系,选择线性函数建立了渗透系数与龄期的关系。研究结果表明:玄武岩石粉在外掺10%时,对混凝土的抗压强度有显著的提高,且氯离子扩散系数、收缩应变指标与基准混凝土几乎同步;同时玄武岩石粉内掺替代量应控制10%以下,混凝土的抗压强度、渗透系数、收缩应变和基准混凝土均同步变化,对于内外掺两种掺和方式应优先选用外掺方式掺入玄武岩石粉以改善混凝土性能。抗压强度指标随龄期的变化规律可以用幂函数表征,渗透系数随龄期的变化规律可用线性函数进行表征,而收缩应变与龄期的变化规律可用自然对数函数表征,各指标与龄期的相关系数均大于0.95,有很好的适用性。
In order to study the effect of basalt rock powder admixture on concrete performance,the basalt rock powder prepared by three alternative amounts(10%,15%,20%)and two admixture methods of internal and external admixture was compared with C50 ordinary concrete.The mechanical properties,resistance to chloride ion penetration and shrinkage properties of concrete were experimentally studied.The relevant properties of concrete are characterized by compressive strength,permeability coefficient,shrinkage strain and other indicators,and three types of functions are selected to establish the relationship between compressive strength,shrinkage strain and age,and a linear function is selected to establish the relationship between permeability coefficient and age relationship.The research results show that the compressive strength of concrete is significantly improved when basalt rock powder is mixed with 10%externally,and the chloride ion diffusion coefficient and shrinkage strain index are almost the same as those of the benchmark concrete.Meanwhile,the substitution amount of basalt rock powder should be controlled below 10%,the compressive strength,permeability coefficient,shrinkage strain and reference concrete of concrete all change synchronously.For the two admixture methods of internal and external admixture,the external admixture method should be preferred to add basalt rock powder to improve the performance of concrete.The change law of compressive strength index with age can be characterized by a power function,the change law of permeability coefficient with age can be characterized by a linear function,and the change law of shrinkage strain and age can be characterized by a natural logarithmic function.The correlation coefficients of the two periods are all greater than 0.95,which has good applicability.
