摘要
唐崖茶是咸丰县国家地理标志农业产品品牌,不仅具有悠久的历史底蕴,且兼具土司制度文化象征含义。唐崖茶的形成和发展受土司文化等多方面影响,形成了众多地方特色茶俗与茶礼。文章以唐崖茶的历史及文化为视角,探析其发展脉络和文化意义对茶叶发展的促进作用,以期为发展当地茶产业提供文化支撑。
Tangya tea is a national geographical indication agricultural product brand in Xianfeng County.It is al-so a world heritage tea.It has tea history and culture,and has the symbolic meaning of chieftain system culture.Tangya tea not only has a profound historical and cultural foundation,but also has far-reaching cultural signifi-cance.The formation and development of Tangya tea is affected by many aspects,forming many local tea cus-toms and tea rites.From the perspective of the history and culture of Tangya tea,this paper analyzed its develop-ment context and cultural significance in promoting the development of tea,in order to provide a cultural sup-port for the development of local tea industry.
