摘要
2021年中央经济工作会议强调要正确认识和把握资本的特性和行为规律。认识利用资本始终是中国共产党在领导中国人民进行革命建设过程中不能回避的重大理论与实践问题。党认识利用资本主要经历了新民主主义革命阶段、社会主义革命和建设阶段、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设阶段、中国特色社会主义新时代四个阶段。纵观整个历程,中国共产党始终以初心使命为认识利用资本的逻辑起点,以推进中国特色社会主义为认识利用资本的逻辑主线,以实现共产主义为认识利用资本的逻辑归宿,形成了坚持马克思主义指导、导控资本发展方向,坚持认识把握资本特性与行为规律、不断释放资本活力,坚持以人民为中心、超越资本逻辑的认识利用资本的基本经验。梳理中国共产党认识利用资本的历程,深入分析认识利用资本的逻辑,总结具有鲜明中国特色、中国气派的认识利用资本的经验,有利于不断发挥资本作为生产要素的积极作用,有效控制其消极作用,引导资本规范健康发展,不断推动中国特色社会主义繁荣发展。
The Central Economic Work Conference in 2021 emphasized the necessity to correctly understand and grasp the characteristics and behavior law of capital Understandingand utilizing capital has always beena major theoretical and practical issue that the Chinese Communist Party cannot avoid in the course of leading the Chinese people to carry out revolutionary construction.The Chinese Communist Party's understanding and utilization of capital has mainly gone through four stages, including thes tage of new democratic revolution,the stage of socialist revolution and construction,the stage of reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction,and the stage of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Throughout the whole course,the Chinese Communist Party has always taken its original mission as its logical starting point the promotion of socialism with Chinese characteristics as its logic?threadand the realization of communism as its logical destination for understanding and utilizingcapital.In thisway,he Chinese Communist Party hasgainedthe basicexperience in understanding and utilizing capital that it should adhere tothe guidance ofMarxism guide and control the development direction of capital,insist on understanding and grasping the characteristics and behavior law of capitalcontinuously release the vitality of capital adhere to the idea of people-oriented and surpass the logic of capital.Reviewing the Chinese Communist Party's understanding and utilization of capital thoroughly analyzing the logic of understandingand utilization of capital and summarizing the experience in understanding and utilization of capital with distinct Chinese characteristics and style can be conducive to continuously playing the positive role ofcapital asaproduction factor,effectively controllingthenegativeroleof capital guiding the sandardized and healthy development of capital and continuously promoting the prosperity and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
