摘要
目的:探究临床护理路径在消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果,为临床护师选择合理护理方案提供参考。方法:选取2018年1月1日至2019年12月31日康平县公立中医院诊治的102例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,分为对照组、观察组,各51例,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行临床护理路径干预,对比两组患者疾病知识、用药知识、自我护理知识掌握度以及护理工作满意度。结果:观察组患者疾病知识掌握度、用药知识掌握度、自我护理知识掌握度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径干预可有效提升患者疾病知识普及度及自我护理能力,且患者护理满意度高,能够构建和谐护患关系,值得临床应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with peptic ulcer,and to provide reference for clinical nurses to choose reasonable nursing scheme.Methods:A total of 102 patients with peptic ulcer in Kangping County public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 1,2018 to December 31,2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The disease knowledge,medication knowledge,self-care knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The mastery of disease knowledge,medication knowledge and self-care knowledge of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway intervention can effectively improve the disease knowledge popularization and self-care ability of patients,and patients'nursing satisfaction is high,which can build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,and is worthy of application.
