摘要
现阶段我国经济发展速度较快,城市化建设进程逐步加快,高层建筑大规模涌现。高层建筑的大力建设,可以在一定程度改善城市面貌,缓解土地资源紧张的情况,但是高层建筑内部结构复杂,内部人员密集,并且有大量的易燃物和可燃物,这极易埋下火灾隐患。如果高层建筑发生火灾事故将会造成严重损失,威胁人们的生命以及财产安全,因此需要做好高层建筑防火工作,分析建筑中可能存在的火灾隐患,采取有效措施,保证建筑使用的安全性与可靠性。
China's economic development fosters booming population and fasting urbanization in cities,which also inspires the construction of high-rises.These buildings can improve the population capacity of cities where used to have scarce land resources.However,there are complex structures and many people in these buildings with numerous flammable and combustible materials,which may undennine the safety condition and even caused great losses in people's life and property.This paper analyses the potential risks in these buildings and poses efficient measures to build a safer environment to live and work.
