提高轴流转桨式水轮机调速器水头可靠性运行策略 被引量:1

摘要 对于轴流转桨式水轮机,调速器运行水头品质的好坏直接关系到机组运行稳定性。轴流转桨式水轮机调速器运行水头多采用净水头参与控制,但轴流转桨式水轮机的调节特性使得净水头极易发生波动。为确保水电站安全稳定运行,对轴流转桨式水轮机调速器运行水头可靠性进行了分析,提出了一种毛水头参与调速器协联控制的可行性策略,以期为同行业提供参考。 For Kaplan turbine,the quality of the governor operation head is directly related to the operating stability of the unit.The operating hydro head of the Kaplan turbine governor is mostly controlled by the clean water head.However,the adjustment characteristics of the Kaplan turbine make the net head easily fluctuated.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the hydropower station,the reliability of the operating head of the governor of the Kaplan turbine is analyzed.A feasible strategy for gross water head to participate in the cooperative control of the governor is proposed in order to provide a reference for the same industry.
