摘要
为保障机械强度,海底电缆一般都装设金属铠装层,因此海底电缆环流包括金属护套和铠装层环流。而海底电缆环流会加快绝缘老化,并降低线芯载流量。为此,针对两端互联接地、中间分段短接的三相单芯海底电缆系统,建立了海底电缆环流计算模型,并根据电磁场理论对海底电缆电感参数进行了分析,据此计算了不同负荷电流下的海底电缆金属护层和铠装层环流。计算结果表明,线芯电流增大时,金属护套和铠装层环流随之增大,且环流和线芯电流成正比例变化规律。
To ensure the mechanical strength,submarine cables are generally equipped with metal armor layers.Therefore,submarine cable circulation includes metal sheath and armor circulation.The subsea cable circulation will accelerate the insulation aging and reduce the core current carrying capacity.For this reason,a calculation model for the circulating current of the submarine cable is established for the three-phase single-core submarine cable system with interconnected grounding at both ends and short-circuited in the middle.According to the electromagnetic field theory,the inductance parameters of the submarine cable are analyzed,and the circulating currents of the metal sheath and armor layer of the submarine cable under different load currents are calculated accordingly.The calculation results show that when the core current increases,the circulating current of the metal sheath and armor increases,and the circulating current is proportional to the core current.
