轨道交通车辆整车自动导通耐压试验通用测试方法探讨

摘要 随着轨道交通车辆电气系统升级,接线更加复杂多样,人工逐点测试线缆导通及绝缘测试需要占用大量时间,因此目前优先考虑的为采用设备进行自动导通耐压测试。阐述了整段测试要求、测试系统可靠性要求和测试转接工装要求,以提升测试系统可靠性,减少测试排故时间,提高整车测试质量及效率。 With the upgrading of the electrical system of rail transit vehicles,the wiring is more complex and diverse.Manual point-to-point test of cable continuity and insulation test takes a lot of time.Therefore,at present,the priority is to use equipment for automatic conduction and voltage withstand test.The requirements of the whole test,the reliability requirements of the test system and the requirements of the test transfer tooling are expounded,so as to enhance the reliability of the test system,reduce the time of test rejection,and improve the quality and efficiency of the vehicle test.
