核电厂双机组共用母线联锁设计缺陷及改进措施

摘要 秦山第二核电厂双机组中压共用母线#2进线间隔未设计安装隔离手车,共用母线与上游正常配电系统母线之间缺少必要的隔离开断点和电气五防联锁保护,严重威胁运维人员安全,也不利于设备的安全稳定运行。针对M310堆型核电厂共用中压母线的运行特点,对原始设计进行优化,通过增加隔离手车、修改电气联锁等方式对设备进行了改进,提高了设备的安全性,也为类似电厂优化厂用电配置提供了借鉴。 Qinshan second nuclear power plant unit double medium pressure common bus#2 into the line did not install the isolation between handcart,and there is a lack of necessary isolation breaking point and electrical five-prevention interlocking protection between the common bus and the bus of the upstream normal distribution system,which seriously threatens the safety of operation and maintenance personnel and is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of the equipment.According to the operation characteristics of common medium voltage bus in M310 nuclear power plant,the original design is optimized.The equipment is improved by adding isolation handcart and modifying electrical interlocking,which improves the safety of the equipment and provides a reference for similar power plants to optimize the auxiliary power configuration.
