华阳一矿地质探水钻孔新型封孔装置的应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 由于传统的地质探水钻孔技术落后,探水钻孔作业后,在放水过程中钻孔渗漏、钻孔管窜动现象时有发生。以华阳一矿81303的工作面为研究对象,对巷道掘进前期探水钻孔中出现的问题进行研究,结合矿井生产状况,提出一种新型的封孔装置。经过在81303工作面的应用,结果表明,该封孔装置有效提高了探水钻孔封孔效果,合格率明显提升,探放水作业安全系数显著提高。 Due to the technology backwardness of traditional geological water exploration drilling,drilling leakage and drilling pipe channeling occurred frequently in the process of water discharge after water exploration drilling operation.Taking No.81303 face in Huayang First Mine as the research object,the problems in the water exploration drilling in the early stage of roadway excavation were studied.Combined with the mine production situation,a new type of hole sealing device was proposed.After application in No.81303 face,the results showed that the hole sealing device effectively improved the sealing effect of water exploration drilling,the qualified rate was significantly improved,and the safety factor of water exploration and discharge operation was significantly improved.
