摘要
2015年出台的“双一流”方案为我国地方农业高校带来了新的政策契机及发展的可能性。当前地方农业高校面临着学科生态环境改变导致的学科同质化现象、学科生态结构耗散导致的学科科研贡献度低下、学科生态功能弱化致使育人能力不足等困境。“双一流”政策背景下地方农业高校应在遵循差异性原则基础上,兼顾应用性与多样性原则,以一流学科建设目标为导向,合理定位不同学科发展思路;扬优扶重,构建与区域农业融荣共生的学科生态;根植于独具特色的学科文化,营建和谐健康可持续发展的学科生态。
"Double first-class"scheme introduced in 2015 has brought new policy opportunities and development possibilities for local agricultural colleges and universities.At present,local agricultural colleges and universities are faced with the phenomenon of discipline homogenization by the change of discipline ecological environment,low contribution of discipline scientific research by the evacuation of ecological structure,and the insufficient ability of cultivating talents caused by the weakening of ecological functions.Under the background of"double first-class"policy,local agricultural colleges and universities should take into account the principles of application and diversity on the basis of following the principle of differentiation,take the goal of first-class discipline construction and devise a rational development road of different disciplines,encourage the distinction and support the key links and items,build a discipline ecology that is symbiotic and prosperous with regional agricultural industry,and create a harmonious and healthy discipline ecological environment on the basis of the unique discipline culture.
