摘要
针对工业生产线上的横河TDLS 8000波长可变半导体激光光谱仪,设计了一款基于安卓平台的在线气体分析仪远程监控系统,实现移动终端用户对气体分析仪的数据采集、数据存储、参数配置等功能。操作人员可使用移动终端通过网络远程浏览获取数据,自动生成图形分析报告,并根据需要进行设备参数配置。本系统克服了监控地点的限制,使用户通过安卓设备即可查看在线气体分析仪中的各项数据,无需再去现场检查和操作,大大提高了工作效率和工作人员满意度。
Aiming at the Yokogawa TDLs 8000 wavelength variable semiconductor laser spectrometer on the industrial production line,an online gas analyzer remote monitoring system based on Android platform is designed to realize the functions of data acquisition,data storage,parameter configuration and so on.The operator can use the mobile terminal to remotely browse the data through the network,automatically generate the graphic analysis report,and configure the equipment parameters as needed.The system overcomes the limitation of monitoring location,enables users to view various data in the online gas analyzer through Android equipment,and there is no need to go to the site for inspection and operation,which greatly improves the work efficiency and staff satisfaction.
