摘要
设计了一种基于交叉偶极子的低剖面Ku/K波段圆极化相控阵天线。采用四个寄生贴片和偶极子臂的轮廓为曲线的设计来拓宽阻抗带宽,阵列采用小角度顺序旋转布阵技术来降低轴比。为了更好地集成设计,通过在介质基板中的金属化通孔代替传统的金属背腔,能够增强正z方向的辐射特性,同时能够降低剖面高度。介质基板中间的金属化过孔等效为相同尺寸的同轴线。8×8阵列天线的工作频率为15.5 GHz~23.5 GHz(41%),尺寸为56 mm×56 mm×2.54 mm。在工作频率下,阵列的平均峰值增益为21.3 dBi,并且在phi=0°和phi=90°平面内,扫描角度从-60°到60°,轴比基本小于3 dB。
A low-profile Ku/K band circularly polarized phased array antenna based on crossed dipole is presented.Four parasitic patches and the outline of dipole arms which are designed as an exponentially gradual curve are intended to broaden im⁃pedance bandwidth(IBW).The small angle sequential rotation tech is adopted to decrease the axial ratio.For better integrated de⁃sign,the plated through holes(PTH)at the bottom of substrate replaces the metal cavity,aiming to enhance the radiation character⁃istics of the positive z direction.The metalized vias through the substrate are equivalent to coaxial lines of the same size.The 8×8 antenna array is operated from 15.5 GHz to 23.5 GHz(41%),with the size of 56 mm×56 mm×2.54 mm.In the operating frequency,the array demonstrates an average peak gain of 21.3 dBi and AR less than 3dB with scanning angle from-60°to 60°in the plane of phi=0°and phi=90°.
