石墨电极接头锥面切削机理研究分析 被引量:1

摘要 石墨电极接头作为一种新型高性能低成本冶炼金属的石墨材料,具有广泛的应用前景.然而,石墨电极接头在生产加工中却存在着很多问题,难以厘清.为了探明石墨电极接头锥面的加工性能,进行石墨电极接头锥面正交车削实验.实验选取不同刀具角度的硬质合金刀具进行不同车削参数实验,并进行分析.结果表明:加工石墨电极接头锥面时,切削力呈现波动状态,并且切削力大小随走刀速度f和切削厚度a_(p)的增大而增大,随切削速度v_(c)、刀具前角γ和后角α增大而减小.此外,由于石墨电极接头是脆性材料,γ增大时刀具并不会产生积削瘤.基于最小切削力和表面粗糙度目标,得到的最佳切削参数及刀具角度为a_(p)=0.5 mm、v_(c)=160 mm·min^(-1)、f=100 mm·min^(-1)、γ=12°、α=16°.得出的最优工艺参数及相关结论可为企业在生产实践中提供理论参考. As a new type of high-performance and low-cost metal smelting graphite material,graphite electrode nipple has a range of application prospects.However,there are many problems in the production and processing of graphite electrode nipple,which are difficult to clarify.In order to explore the processing performance of the cone of the graphite electrode nipple,the orthogonal turning experiment of the cone of the graphite electrode nipple was carried out.The experiment selects carbide tools with different tool angles for different turning parameter experiments and analyzes them.The results showed that when processing the cone of the graphite electrode nipple,the cutting force shows a fluctuating state,and the cutting force increases with the increase of the tool feed rate f and back engagement ap,and decreases with the increase of cutting speed vc,tool rake angleγand relief angleα.In addition,since the graphite electrode nipple was a brittle material,the tool does not produce a built-up edge when theγwas enlarged.Based on the minimum cutting force and surface roughness target,the best cutting parameters and tool angle obtained in this paper were theap=0.5 mm,vc=160 mm/min,f=100 mm/min,γ=12°,α=16°.The optimal process parameters and related conclusions obtained in this paper can provide theoretical reference for enterprises in production practice.
