摘要
目的:分析电针联合重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗缺血性脑卒中(CIS)后轻度认知障碍的效果。方法:回顾性分析广州中医药大学第二附属医院2020年1月-2021年5月99例CIS后轻度认知障碍患者。按照治疗方法分为两组,其中将单一使用rTMS治疗患者设置为对照组,将rTMS联合电针治疗患者设置为观察组。比较两组治疗前后认知功能、炎症因子水平及生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组视空间与执行力、命名、注意及计算力、语言、抽象、延迟回忆、定向评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质功能评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合rTMS治疗CIS后轻度认知障碍患者可抑制机体炎症反应,改善认知障碍,提升生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of electroacupuncture combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on mild cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke(CIS).Method:A total of 99 patients with mild cognitive impairment after CIS in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to May 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment method,they were divided into two groups.The patients treated with rTMS alone were set as the control group,and the patients treated with rTMS combined with electroacupuncture were set as the observation group.The cognitive function,inflammatory factor level and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the visual space and executive power,naming,attention and computational power,language,abstraction,delayed recall,orientation score and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels in observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,material function and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with rTMS can inhibit the inflammatory response,improve the cognitive impairment and improve the quality of life of patients with mild cognitive impairment after CIS.
