考虑电动汽车充电失败的联合微电网优化策略 被引量:1

摘要 为减少微电网的运行成本和电动汽车用户充电成本,降低电动汽车的充电失败率和缺充电量。文章建立了基于住宅区微电网和工业园区微电网的联合微电网模型。利用蒙特卡洛法随机产生电动汽车的出行时间,将电动汽车作为分布式电源并入联合微电网,建立了基于充电紧迫度、放电裕度的电动汽车有序充放电的模型。将引力搜索算法和粒子群优化算法优势互补,提出了一种基于线性递减权重的混合粒子群引力搜索算法,并利用其对模型进行求解。算例结果表明,基于线性递减权重的混合粒子群引力搜索算法有更快的收敛速度和全局搜索能力;通过充电紧迫度、放电裕度对电动汽车的充电方式、放电量进行控制,充电失败率、充电成本均明显将低;将电动汽车并入联合微电网后,减少了柴油机的工作时间和从大电网的购电量,降低了联合微电网的运行成本。 In order to reduce the operation cost of micro-grid and the charging cost of electric vehicle users, and reduce the failure rate and lack of charging capacity of electric vehicle, a joint micro-grid model based on residential area micro-grid and industrial park micro-grid is established in this paper. The travelling time of electric vehicle is generated randomly by Monte Carlo method, and the electric vehicle is incorporated into the joint micro-grid as a distributed power source. A model of orderly charging and discharging of electric vehicle based on charging urgency and discharge margin is established. A hybrid particle swarm optimization(PSO) gravity search algorithm based on linear decreasing weight is proposed to solve the model. The results show that the hybrid particle swarm optimization gravity search algorithm based on linear decreasing weight has faster convergence speed and global search ability;the charging mode and discharge amount of electric vehicle are controlled by charging urgency and discharge margin, and the charging failure rate and charging cost are obviously low;the working time and global search ability of diesel engine are reduced after the electric vehicle is incorporated into the joint micro-grid, and the operation cost of the joint micro-grid is reduced by purchasing power from the large grid.
