摘要
建立了一种仅以水相(甲酸水)为流动相的HPLC方法测定枣果中维C含量,该方法具有线性好(R^(2)=0.9990)、重现性好(RSD=0.98%)、回收率高(91.54%~97.59%)、流动相配制简单、分析周期短等特点。通过对鲜枣样品的分析,发现鲜枣中维C含量丰富,其中阜帅维C含量最高,高达4.86 mg/g;而同时采用HPLC法、2,6-二氯靛酚法和碘量法测定鲜枣中维C含量时,HPLC法测定结果显著低于另外2种方法,说明为了准确测定枣果中维C含量时宜采用HPLC法。
A HPLC method was established to determine the content of VC in jujube fruit.The method showed good linearity(R^(2)=0.9990),good reproducibility(RSD=0.98%),high recovery(91.54%~97.59%),simple preparation of mobile phase and short analysis cycle.Through the analysis of fresh jujube samples,it was found that fresh jujube were rich in VC,among which Fushuai had the highest VC content,up to 4.86 mg/g;When VC in fresh jujube were determined by HPLC,2,6-dichlorophenol and iodometry method,the results of HPLC method were significantly lower than the other two methods,indicating that in order to accurately determine VC content in jujube fruit,HPLC method should be used.
