摘要
家庭农场经营效率直接影响其发展的质态。基于山东省308户省级家庭农场示范场的微观数据,运用DEA模型测算分析不同经营类型家庭农场的经营效率,并运用Tobit模型实证分析影响家庭农场经营效率的关键因子。研究表明:种养兼休闲型家庭农场的综合技术效率最高,为0.751,种植型家庭农场的综合技术效率最低,为0.529,种养结合型家庭农场的纯技术效率高于其它两种类型。在影响其经营效率的诸多因子中,土地经营面积与家庭农场经营效率呈“倒U型”,土地经营面积过大或过小均不利于经营效率的提升。受教育程度、贷款获得性、社会化服务程度、政府补贴力度对家庭农场经营效率具有显著正向影响,劳动力投入和资本投入则显著负向影响其经营效率。不同经营类型家庭农场经营效率的影响因子存有一定差异。
The operational efficiency of family farms directly affects the quality of its develop-ment.Based on the microscopic data of 308 provincial demonstration family farms in Shandong Province,DEA model was used to measure and analyze the operating efficiency of different types of family farms,and Tobit model was used to empirically analyze the key factors affecting the operational efficiency of family farms.The results show that:the comprehensive technical efficiency of planting-breeding-agritourism family farms is the highest,0.751,while that of planting-only family farms is the lowest,0.529.Pure technical efficiency of planting-breeding family farms is higher than that of the other two categories of family farms.Among the factors that affect the management efficiency of family farms,the operating land area and the operational efficiency of farms show an inverted U shape.An oversized or mini-sized operating land area will do no good to the enhancement of operational efficiency.education level,loan availability,socialized service level and government subsidy intensity have significant positive impact on the management efficiency of family farms.Labor input and capital input have significant negative impact on management efficiency.The factors influencing operational efficiency differ among different categories of family farms.
