摘要
本次中试实验针对本公司中水回用循环水过程中存在的问题,使用电渗析工艺对中水进行深度净化处理,以降低中水电导率、COD、浊度、氯离子、硫酸根等水质指标,确保中水回用循环水的回用效率最大化和循环水系统的平稳运行,同时通过中试试验来验证在较长时间连续运行和较大处理量下电渗析的处理效果,来进一步论证电渗析工艺在公司中水回用工程的适应性和可行性,为工业化设计应用提供重要的技术支撑。
This pilot test is aimed at the problems in the reuse of recycled water by our company.The electrodialysis process is used to carry out deep purification treatment of the reclaimed water to reduce the conductivity,COD,turbidity,chloride ion,sulfuric acid of the reclaimed water Root and other water quality indicators ensure the reuse efficiency of reclaimed water and maximize the reuse of circulating water and the smooth operation of the circulating water system.At the same time,the pilot test is used to verify the treatment effect of electrodialysis under a long period of continuous operation and a large processing capacity In order to further demonstrate the adaptability and feasibility of the electrodialysis process in the company’s water reuse project,it provides important technical support for industrial design applications.
