摘要
目的:观察气机圆运动理论指导温阳健脾滋阴行气法治疗慢传输型便秘(STC)阳虚型的临床疗效。方法:120例采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组以气机圆运动理论指导温阳健脾、滋阴行气法辨证予中药口服治疗,对照组给予乳果糖口服溶液治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组排便症状积分、中医证候积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)、两组治疗后结肠传输试验标记物排出数升高(P<0.05),且治疗组积分低于对照组(P<0.05)、治疗组标记物排出数高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:气机圆运动理论指导温阳健脾滋阴行气法治疗STC阳虚型有较好的疗效,无明显不良反应。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the method of warming yang, strengthening spleen,nourishing yin and promoting qi in the treatment of slow transit constipation(STC) with yang deficiency type guided by the theory of circular motion of qi machine. Methods: A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine orally according to the theory of qi-mechanical circular motion to guide the warming yang and strengthening the spleen, nourishing yin and promoting qi whiel the control group were treated with oral lactulose solution. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The defecation symptom scores and TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). The excretion number of colonic transit test markers in the two groups increased after treatment(P<0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The number of marker excretion in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The theory of activities of Qi circle motion movement guided by the method of warming yang, strengthening the spleen, nourishing yin and promoting qi in the treatment of STC with yang deficiency has good curative effect, without obvious adverse reactions.
