摘要
针对在实际灭火工作中,便携式风力灭火机的振动对操作人员产生较大负荷的问题,根据浮阀减振技术的工作原理,采用振源特性分析、载荷隔振器的研制选用、隔振器布置和约束阻尼材料选型、敷贴工艺等技术,提出了一种基于浮阀减振原理的风力灭火机减振装置,隔绝手持式风力灭火机发动机的振动,使传递到把手的振动减少。
In view of the problem that the vibration of a portable pneumatic fire extinguisher produces a large load on an operator in the actual fire extinguishing work,according to the working principle of the floating valve damping technology,the vibration source characteristic analysis,load vibration isolator development and selection,vibration isolator layout,constrained damping material selection,application process and other technologies adopted,apneumatic fire extinguisher damping device based on the damping principle of a float valve was proposed to isolate the vibration of hand-held pneumatic fire extinguisher engines and reduce the vibration transmitted to the handle.
