摘要 受到无序信息影响,工业智能应用平台信息分类精度较低,对此,提出了基于模糊聚类算法的工业智能应用平台信息自动分类系统设计。以TMS320DM270芯片为便携式媒体播放器,对分类结果进行分析;将嵌入式采集器应用于PC104系统,在工业智能应用平台上采集信息,并向系统数据层传输分类信息;应用模糊聚类算法原理,训练样本数,避免信息不对称对分类结果产生不利影响;通过对模糊聚类子类信息的分割,构建工业智能应用平台。实验结果表明,该系统召回率和准确率最大值分别为0.91和0.89,为工业智能应用平台进行信息分类提供了准确的结果。 Due to the influence of disordered information,the information classification accuracy of industrial intelligent application platform is low.In this paper,the design of automatic information classification system of industrial intelligent application platform based on fuzzy clustering algorithm is proposed.Taking TMS320DM270 chip as portable media player,the classification results are analyzed;The embedded collector is applied to PC104 system to collect information on the industrial intelligent application platform and transmit classification information to the system data layer;The principle of fuzzy clustering algorithm is applied to train the number of samples to avoid the adverse impact of information asymmetry on the classification results;Through the segmentation of fuzzy clustering sub class information,the industrial intelligent application platform is constructed.The experimental results show that the maximum recall rate and accuracy rate of the system are 0.91 and 0.89 respectively,which provides accurate results for information classification of industrial intelligent application platform.
