摘要
为保障电力系统数据的一致性、完整性与实时性,需对配电网运营数据实施质量管理。为提升电力企业配电网运营数据的质量管理性能,文中设计了基于DMM的配电网运营数据质量管理模型。该模型从业务术语、元数据、数据生命周期以及数据需求定义4个方面对配电网运营通用数据进行分析,并以此为基础,将DMM应用于配电网运营数据质量管理过程中,设计由数据战略、数据框架、数据质量以及数据平台等8个过程域及包括优化、稳健、初始等成熟度等级共同组成的配电网运营数据质量管理模型。将该模型应用于某电力企业运营数据质量管理中,可有效判断电力企业各过程域的管理能力等级,明确管理过程中的薄弱点及后续过程中需完善的方向,运营数据的一致性、完整性与实时性均有所提升。
In order to ensure the consistency,integrity and timeliness of power system data,it is necessary to implement quality management of distribution network operation data.In order to improve the quality management performance of power distribution network operation data,a dmm⁃based quality management model for power distribution network operation data is designed.The model from the business terms,metadata,data life cycle and data requirements definition square in the face of power distribution network operating general data is analyzed,and on this basis,the DMM is applied to distribution network operation data quality management process,designed by data strategy,data frame,data quality and data platform and other eight process area and including optimization,robust,initial maturity level of distribution network operation data quality management model.The application of this model to the operation data quality management of a power enterprise can effectively judge the management capability levels of each process area of the power enterprise,clarify the weaknesses in the management process and the direction to be improved in the follow⁃up process,and improve the consistency,integrity and timeliness of the operation data.
