摘要 目前使用的海上风电机组故障监测一体化系统故障监测结果与实际结果相差甚远,不具备实时监测能力,为了解决上述问题,设计了一种新的海上风电机组故障监测系统,对系统的硬件和软件进行优化设计。系统硬件主要包括采集模块、传感器模块、处理模块、电路模块,采集模块,传感器包括4个振动传感器与2个应变传感器,处理器为MPC8377处理器;通过数据初始化、获取数据与信号、计算各项旋转部件参数、确定故障设备等实现软件设计。实验结果表明,设计的海上风电机组故障监测一体化系统能够精准地监测出故障能量峰值,定位故障位置,完成海上风电机组故障监测一体化。 The fault monitoring results of the integrated fault monitoring system for offshore wind turbines are far from the actual results and do not have real⁃time monitoring capability.In order to solve the above problems,a new offshore wind turbine fault monitoring system is designed to optimize the hardware and software of the system.The system hardware mainly includes acquisition module,sensor module,processing module and circuit module.The sensor includes 4 vibration sensors and 2 strain sensors,and the processor is MPC8377 processor;The software design is realized by data initialization,obtaining data and signals,calculating the parameters of rotating parts and determining the faulty equipment.The experimental results show that the designed integrated system for fault monitoring of offshore wind turbines can accurately monitor the peak value of fault energy,locate the fault location,and complete the integration of fault monitoring of offshore wind turbines.
