摘要
幸福悖论破解是缩小东西部、城乡间贫富差距的阶段性成绩,共同富裕则是一场以缩小差距为标志的新时代变革,幸福悖论破解之道可为共同富裕目标实现提供有益经验。研究首次追踪了中国居民1990—2018年世界价值观调查的六轮主观幸福感数据,发现幸福悖论有产生,但已被破解。中国幸福悖论的破解是国家与人民共同努力的结果,由“实事求是”的国家政策逻辑与“家国一体”的国民行动逻辑共同成就。推进共同富裕战略目标需坚持共享幸福与“实事求是”的共同富裕相结合、顶层设计与因地制宜的示范先行相结合、公共服务与“家国一体”的价值共创相结合的实践路径。
The solution to the Easterlin paradox is one of the periodic achievements in narrowing the rich-poor gap between the east and the west of China as well as between the urban area and the rural area,while shared prosperity is a new historical change aiming at narrowing the gap.The solution to the Easterlin paradox can also shed much light on the realization of shared prosperity.Using the six rounds of the World Values Survey data of China between 1990 and 2018,this research has found the occurrence of the Easterlin paradox as well as its solution.The solution to the Easterlin paradox in China is the result of the concerted efforts of the Chinese government and the Chinese people as well as the result of implementing the seek-truth-from-facts policy logic of the government and“the family and the state being one”action logic of the people.The realization of the strategic goal of shared prosperity relies on the integration of shared happiness with the seek-truth-from-facts shared prosperity,the combination of the top-level design with the proper exemplary demonstration,and the integration of public services with the construction of“the family and the state being one”values.
